Day by Day Schedule to lose weight in 10 days


Day 1

Eat only fresh fruits with a high level of anti-oxidants such as lemon, oranges, etc. The meals and snacks must strictly comprise fruits the first day. Fruits are more of water and essential nutrients and less of fat; therefore, eating them will only help you lose weight. To make low-calorie snacks out of fruits, you could prepare smoothies with low-fat yogurt and lots of fruits. Pour in a glass of banana or apple smoothie to gratify hunger for a long time.

Day 2 and 3

Eat only vegetables. Some healthful vegetables that will help you in your efforts to lose weight in 10 days include broccoli, spinach, eggplant, etc. A cup of chopped vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, leafy greens and bell peppers can substitute fatty snacks and thereby help you lose weight.

Day 4 and 5

Add two glasses of milk (once in the morning and once in the evening) to your vegetables-rich diet. For snacks, you may have a platter of steel-cut oats, pearled barley, long-grain brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc.

Day 6 and 7

Along with the vegetables, you may have low fat yogurt, one egg, beans, 2 plates each of 250 grams of pasta along with tomato sauce and fruit juice. A cup serving of fiber-rich foods, such as barley, raspberries, pears and whole wheat pasta can help cut hunger between meals. Fiber makes one feel full quickly, helping one lose weight.

Day 8 and 9

Drink vegetable soup along with two slices of any type of fish, preferably one that is low in fat. If you must eat soup outdoors, make sure it is not processed as they are filled with calories.

Day 10

Make sure you did all that is mentioned above and if you didn’t, gear-up for the following ten days...

Also,

Eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and drink more than 8 glasses of water a day. Eat red or brown rice unpolished rice instead of white polished rice.Avoid eating sweets or foods that are high in glycemic index and empty calories or food high in bad cholesterol, avoid eating protein sources from animals. Drink soya milk, almonds milk,
Do not skip your meal. Cows milk is calcium robber and contain only 20% of calcium compare to soya milk has 56% calcium. Do not use cooking oil for cooking. Enjoy hot, multi-grains cereals, fresh fruits, and whole wheat bread, make breakfast a big deal. Avoid eating processed foods.

Eat heavy breakfast everyday. Exercise at least 30 mins. 4 to 5x a week or brisk walking everyday. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15 mins. Between early a.m. 6:30 to 8 am. Engage in quite restful activity one hour before bedtime with your God. Step outside and breath deeply several times per day. And always commit your plans to God every morning. Be healthy by choice not by chance. Do this for 2 weeks as your jump start you will loose weight. proportionally and do it for the rest of your life. Enjoy eating while loosing weight. You will prevent and treat chronic disease, such as coronary heart disease, angina, hypertension, stroke,  impotence, diabetics  gouty arthritis, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalance, acid reflux and obesity. Following this required aspect of gradualism.any change that is too quick and appears too radical may actually produce the opposite effect in some people.

Remember,
Weight reduction should be carried out with proper diet as well as exercise. One of that can hardly help you. 
When it comes to diet, food that you need to avoid are animal products, milk products, refined and processed food. You need to substitute your diet with fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts and seeds. The interesting part is, you can eat as much as you want. This food has low calorie and high nutritional value. Your body would thank you for fueling it with the right kind of food.
And regarding the exercise, it's 30mins of slow jogging for 4 days in a week.
